Timeline
In 2018, Nick Kulik established his foundation with the mission of protecting and expanding nature protected areas in Ukraine, saving last endangered animals and marine life. Newpets Foundation implements solutions that help restore balance between nature and man, providing projects for the collection and disposal of garbage in our country. Now Newpets is working on some of the most pressing environmental issues of our day: climate, wildlife, forests, seas and recycling of garbage. Here is a timeline of some of our most important milestones.
2012
FOUNDING OF NEWPETS.
Nick Kulik establishes the Newpets with the original mission of recycling waste in Ukraine's landfills with the help of snails Achatina fulica.
2013
EUROMAIDAN
"Whether a revolution succeeds or fails people of great hearts will always be sacrificed to it." - Heinrich Heine
Nick was the youngest active participant of Euromaidan.

2016
PROJECT CORVIDS
While studying at the Haisyn boarding school, Nick Kulik starts working with the first experimental bird of project Corvids.

2018
NEWPETS FOUNDATION
May 16, 2018 was written and certified the statute and the international charitable foundation Newpets officially began its work on the conservation and implementation of innovations.

2013
PROJECT SNAILS
Nick deepens in the problem of processing various polyethylene (HDPE, MDPE, LDPE) by invasive snails.

2015
ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE
Nick's father, Major Kulik, was mobilized to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. So Nick was also in the ranks of the ZSU.

2017
EDUCATION AND RESEARCH
Nick continues to work on his projects at the best university in Ukraine.
Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv supports the young researcher in all his endeavors.
